Silla University, Busan, South Korea. Jesse Steele earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah USA. He received a M.Ed. in International Literacy from Sam Houston State University in Houston, Texas USA. His experience is not limited to only classroom teaching, he also coordinated English as a second language programs for immigrants and refugees in Salt Lake City, Utah for a non-governmental organization. In addition to coordinating programs, he was a Language Instructor at Jilin University-Lambton College in Changchun, China, and is currently an Asst. Professor of English at Silla University in Busan, South Korea. His research interests are, but not limited to, the socio-cultural effects on language learning, second language acquisition, and the changing nature of linguistic structures in the era of globalization.
